The ‘Great Southern Land’ exists as a true testament to the passion the pop music artist from Perth, O'Neill Fernandes has a fondness for the music he grew up around and it is also the 8th Australian Album curated by this artist that pays tribute to Australian Music from 1965 to 2005.
Tracks like ‘Something So Strong’ which was a rock song that was performed by ‘Crowded House’ for their debut album in the year 1986 was written by Neil Finn and Mitchell Froom, ‘It's a Long Way There’ which was a song created by an Australian band ‘Little River Band’ as their debut single and self-titled album, ‘Indisposed’ which is a song from the band ‘Australian Crawl’ as a part of their album ‘The Boys Light Up’ in 1980 are all part of the 50th album of this eminent artist.
The album contains 20 tracks and the joy of listening to the amazing twist created by the artist on the classics is more than his fans can fathom. In celebration of his successful musical career and his challenges of overcoming major health issues, the prolific pop music artist from Perth has launched a new album, sharing his joy and appreciation with his fans, they can listen to the new album which was released on 1st November on SoundCloud.
