Enjoy The Country-Style Story in The Apalachicola Sound’s Tracks

The Apalachicola Sound is a country alternate band and their music has Southern rock influences. They do not produce music under any production house they are completely independent. The main subject matter of their music is southern storytelling, conservationist themes, and fishing music. They gathered inspiration for crafting music from 70’s rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, and CCR. George Maddox is the lead singer and a song writer in this band.

The Apalachicola Sound’s song mainly belongs to Rock, Southern Rock, Country, and Alternative Country.  Their first album ‘Gritwater’ was recorded in Northern Atlanta near Doraville. The album was modeled after the famous recording studios in Musical Shoals, Alabama.  The gritty and the honest lyrics in the tracks convey some message to the listeners. Among all the songs in this album the four songs which have unique music are ‘Bring the ‘Cane’, ‘Gritwater’, ‘Wettin’ a Line’, and ‘Cost’

The melodic moment in The Apalachicola Sound’s track ‘Bring the ‘Cane’ lingers in the mind of the listeners for a longer period of time. The song Gritwater has some infectious riff and impressive musicianship. The song Wettin’ a Line feels like a hit from the offset and also offers an organic soundscape. The warmth and the vibrancy in the track ‘Cost’ works create a beautiful impression on the listeners.
