He waits for a year to record five songs that can sabotage the glitz and glam of the music industry. The Indiana rapper DeRay works on many layers of sound to make a flat blend of freestyle and gangsta rap. He is in flux while his career is at the peak. Changing the tradition of his music can be challenging for him at this point. But he is vexed about the reality and he shows his deepest concerns in the song ‘Fangs’ featuring Sami Soutar- Lightsey. Every word out of his mouth comes out like a plume of flame.
DeRay grew up in Marion Indiana, but, soon he moves out to live in Kokomo to sustain a colorful career in music.
